Holiday Time

Harrison didn't have time to write a main letter this week, but I will share a little of his reply to me.  :)  "Hi Mom!  Sorry this is another week where I don´t have time to write, but to answer your question, I don´t think Thanksgiving is a huge thing here, they are already in Christmas mode :)  But I believe President and Sister Riggins invited the office to eat a Thanksgiving lunch with them in their house, so that should be fun!  I hope you all have a great week!

No time

I don´t have a lot of time to write this week, but just to let everyone know I am ok!  It has been a busy and fun week!  I will write more next week.  I hope you all can find a special simple way to serve someone else this week!

I don´t have any pictures this week, but just to let you know, I am fine :)  I figured I needed to write so that the office elders don´t get a call from worried parents ;)  That´s happened just a few times when missionaries don´t write their parents on P-day :) haha but thanks for all you do!  Sorry I don´t have a lot of time to write.  I hope you all enjoy your week!

Short on time

This week my P-day is a little shorter for a few reasons, but I just wanted to share one quick thing.  This week, in the mission office we have been quite busy, and we have had many opportunities to serve the mission and to help and serve others!  But also, we have been short on time to work in our area.  But I am constantly reminded that this missionary work is not my work.  It is miraculous to see that even when we don´t have a lot of time to visit people or find people in our area, God does.  I see that people come to Christ, and God can take the little time that we have and magnify it to do His work.  We visited a 19 year old brother this week who has been reading the Gospel Principles class book since we gave him one when he came to that class.  He has already learned so much, and we have already seen him converting himself to become a faithful disciple of Christ, even when we might not have a lot of time to visit him and teach him.  God loves each one of his children, and I am grateful to take a small part in His work.
